
So I found this really great website a few years ago, but just started using it again. Its called thedailyplate.com you can keep track of everything you eat for the day and see which items you are eating to much of, or not enough of. It keeps track of your sugars, carbs, sodium, and so on. I thought I ate pretty healthy.. until now! Check it out, its amazing to see what you actually do eat for the day. Yesterday I had way to much sugar as you can see, and I didn't even have my yogurt!

My Dad and I LOVE using the daily plate. Its seriously so helpful. Yesterday he took me out to lunch and the first thing he did when we got back in the office was type in his lunch. He was so excited he still had another 1200 calories left for dinner. Haha! :)
